I hope your Labor Day was as good as mine was! Like I mentioned here my weekend was jam packed with birthday celebrating {the boyfriend}, kicking off football season, pool time with two year old twins, and capping it off with golf today followed by a late lunch with 2 of our best couple friends!

While filled with fun things, my weekend also had a few hurdles in it. Hurdles that honestly made me realize that I’ve come along way in the last 2 years and am really happy with where I am in life. I couldn’t be happier to be in Denver and I feel like I have made the right decisions for myself, finally. As my boyfriend keeps reminding me, sometimes you have to take a few steps back to move forward. I keep reminding myself of that and remembering that the hard work I’m putting in now is worth it to own my own company. This is what I’ve always wanted to do. If I have to work on the weekends to make sure I don’t miss the weddings (already have 4 on the books for 2016) and other social events, so be it! Sometimes you have to get your hands dirty and I’m proud of myself for not being too prideful to take a few steps back.

While my week is starting off very pensively, I wanted to share with you a few of my favorite finds on the internet this week that have me gushing. It’s nice to distract yourself sometimes with beautiful images. Here are my favorites.

*This article in FD Magazine about Neiman Marcus fashion director Ken Downing and realtor Sam Saladino’s Cedar Creek Lake get away house. Could this be any more creative and beautiful inside?

*This article about avocado toast being over and the next thing. I’m allergic to avocado so that was one annoying trend...

*The sales that are still lingering after Labor Day weekend! If you haven’t taken advantage yet, do it!

*This article from Meg Biram on how to GSD {get shit done} this fall. Also, if you’re on Snapchat you should follow her! She’s one of my favs (Snapchat - megbiram). Oh and follow me... mollyrose_style for daily updates.

*My travel bug has hit, I already have a wedding next year in Italy, Austin, Phoenix, and St John for 2016 so these cheap travel tips are being bookmarked and ready to use once the Save the Dates hit!

What excites you about about the rest of 2015 and beyond?

xoxo,

Molly Rose
