For some reason my skin in college was horrific {no I doubt it was all the pizza and beer... stop your judgement}. Recently it’s gotten much much better and I couldn’t be happier. I have a few secret weapons that I really think are making a huge difference. From one poor girl trying to be beautiful to another... you’re welcome.

1. Clarisonic - Ok, ok, ok... no this is not a secret and I know it’s not exactly cheap. But I use the Mia which is around $99. It honestly makes a huge difference! Your skin is almost immediately glowy and isn’t that exactly

2. Aveeno Positively Radiant (Brightening Cleanser) - This is the best face wash I’ve ever found. It doesn’t dry you out, it leaves your face silky and smooth. I also credit it for brightening my skin tone over time.

3. Egyptian Magic Skin Cream - This jar of wonder is one of my biggest secrets. I put it on at night with #4 or during the day when I am working from home makeup less.  Once it soaks in you can literally see a difference in the glow of your skin. It’s incredible. I read an article about it a couple years ago, the stumbled upon it at Whole Foods one day and knew it had to be mine. I have never looked back! Just be careful, the paint on the jar flakes off over time.

4. Boots Botanics Organic Facial Oil - This magic oil smells of rose hips and makes your skin petal soft. I accidentally left it over at my boyfriends and came back a few days later to realize he had used the whole bottle... yes the whole bottle. I have since explained to him that that’s unnecessary but since it’s only $7 a bottle, who cares?!

5. Boots Botanics Age Defense Super Serum - I put this on before my daily moisturizer. It’s the perfect base to help fight signs of aging (um I do turn 30 next week...) and it instantly softens your skin.

6. Laneige Balancing Emulsion - The final touch before Laura Mercer tinted moisturizer is this light weight base to keep my skin quenched all day long.

What are some of your favorites? I love adding beauty products to my rotation!
