New Years Eve is finally upon us! Whether you find it totally overrated or love it, you have to admit it’s a great night to get dressed up.

When I moved to Denver I immediately had to par down my night outfits from Dallas. In Dallas you wear heels, dresses, sparkles, no matter the weather or occasion. In Denver, I’m more likely to wear my Birkenstocks than a pair of heels to the bars on a Saturday night. While I still enjoy dressing up, even if my footwear has gotten more comfortable I love a good all in night. All in as in, jewels, heels, sequin romper? YES YES YES! That is why I’m incredibly excited for tonight.

Obviously the perfect jewelry for an outfit like this are diamonds. I love this ring with the little pop of pink. The crawlers are a perfect way to edge up diamonds.

Also, I want to give a huge shout out to Avanti Food and Beverage who let us take these pictures on a busy Thursday night in the middle of holiday party time! If you haven’t ventured that way yet you should make it one of your New Years resolutions!

Pop some bubbly, sit back, relax, and ring in the New Year!

xoxo,

Molly Rose

The end of the Holidays always makes me a little sad. January and February leaves us with cold, snowy weather but no joyful music and twinkly lights to accompany it. We put our sparkly fancy clothes away in the back of our closest and wear our fleeces and t-shirts instead. We rally for the end of football season and the beginning of basketball season. There’s no reason to pop the bubbly until February 14th.

We have one last day of celebration so for New Years Eve let’s get out our sparkliest dresses and rompers! The perfect accessories for these kinds of events are always dainty baubles full of sparkle. Hyde Park Jewelers is your perfect location for picking up last minute pieces. Located in Cherry Creek Mall as well as online and in Phoenix, you can pile on the diamonds!  I gravitate toward edgy pieces so these thorn earrings caught my eye immediately. They have everything under the sun, including watches for your husband to get in on the action!

What are your plans for New Years Eve?

Jewels c/o Hyde Park Jewelers - Short Necklace // Long Necklace // Stud Earrings

Holiday dressing is an art. No matter the occasion it’s tricky to figure out exactly what to wear to stand out. I love these pants with the metallic texture down the side mixed with a suede crop top. It’s the perfect amount of sparkle and edge.

Even better is getting to play dress up with Hyde Park Jewelers.  When they asked me to style a few pieces from #TheLuxeList I obviously jumped at the chance. Nothing is better for holiday (or any other time) than a few pretty diamonds to accent your outfit. They have done the work for you and put together a perfect list of the best of the best, just click here and prepare to be amazed.

I choose these 2 necklaces that are perfect by themselves or for layering. The diamond stud earrings catch the light and add more sparkle but never overwhelm. Stay tuned for 2 more outfits with Hyde Park Jewels to accent!

Not Your Average // Holiday Dress

I love the excuse to dress up! Although I work from home, as does my boyfriend, so we are invited to exactly 0 real dressy holiday parties. As I grow older I hate New Years more and more, but I use this as my excuse to wear the ridiculously wonderful things hanging in my closest.

For those of you that have the opportunity to dress up for holiday parties galore, I envy you. Here are a few of my favorite, not so average, holiday outfits for sipping champagne, nibbling a macaroon, and simply being fabulous.
